The first idea approved by the GM of each business unit WINS!

STAR OF THE MONTH

Each month, one business unit will be crowned based on the quantity and quality of the ideas, voted by each BU’s delegate.

THE ULTIMATE AWARDS

BEST IDEA IN BU

The best idea in each business unit, hand-picked by the respective GMs.

BEST FRONTLINE STAFF IDEA

The best idea originated from our frontline colleagues, co-selected by our senior management.

PLACEMAKER OF THE YEAR

The best performing business unit will be awarded based on both the quality of GM nominated ideas and the quantity of approved ideas.

BEST IN SPL

Among the pool of ideas nominated by all GMs, 3 ideas that are top-ranked by EXCOM will be awarded.
*Bonus points will be awarded for cross-BU collaborated teams and mixed-use ideas this year!
