ideas@work 2021 (the “Programme”) is an internal competition for the staff of Swire Properties Limited ("SPL") and our joint venture companies. By entering the submission page (www.ideasatwork2021.com/submission) and participating in the Programme, you acknowledge and confirm that, you are a staff of SPL or our joint venture companies, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please do not submit your application or personal data if you are not a staff of SPL or our joint venture companies.

You warrant and undertake that any ideas, concepts, works, documents, content, drawings, photos, images, videos, audio-video recordings and/or any other materials of any nature whatsoever conceived or created (independently or jointly) by you in relation to the Programme (“Works”) shall not infringe the rights, title or interest of any third parties (including intellectual property rights).

You understand and agree that in return for your participation in the Programme, all Works shall belong absolutely to SPL, as a result of which, SPL shall have the absolute right to use, develop, copy, exploit and/or modify the Works in any manner it sees fit. You hereby waive all of your rights subsisting, or may subsist, in the Works and assign to SPL any copyright, trademarks, patents, registered designs, design rights, database rights, inventions, know-how or any other similar rights subsisting in the Works, and all applications or rights to apply for the same (where such applications can be made), whether presently existing or created in the future, anywhere in the world, and whether registered or not, and all benefits, privileges, or rights to sue, recover damages and obtain relief for any past, current or future infringement, misappropriation or violation of any of the foregoing rights. You agree to do all things reasonably necessary (including executing any documents) that SPL may request in order to give effect to the above, at no cost to SPL.

We encourage you to read our Privacy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement, and to use them to help you make informed decisions. By participating in the Programme, you understand and agree that your personal data may be used in connection with the Programme.

None of SPL and our joint venture companies accepts any responsibility, and none of them shall be liable, for any, direct or indirect, costs, damages or losses (whether arising out of contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Programme.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

We reserve the right to interpret, decide, change, and/or assign the prizes and any other details related to the Programme (including these Terms and Conditions) at our sole and absolute discretion from time to time.
